Steinert Football Booster Club’s Second Annual GIRLS NIGHT OUT Tricky Tray Event

HOLD THE DATE: March 23, 2012 – 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Nottingham Ballroom
What’s a Tricky Tray you ask? It’s a fund raising event where guests buy tickets, then place them in a container next to the item they would like to win – you may know it by its other name — the Silent Auction. Items can be a single item or a group of items based on a theme. Once everyone has had the opportunity to place her tickets in the container, the drawing for the prizes begins. If your number matches the winning number drawn, YOU win that prize!
Where do the items come from? DONATIONS! And we’d like to ask ALL of the members of Steinert’s Football Booster Club to donate a “basket” whose value is at least $20 – the “basket” is just the vessel to hold the items – it could be:
a GIANT CUP with a variety of k-cups all wrapped up in cellophane;
or a MIXING BOWL filled with baking utensils like a whisk, measuring cups and spoons, a spatula, cupcake tins, and recipes cards;
or maybe a MOVIE night theme basket complete with popcorn, a DVD, movie-sized boxes of candy or two movie gift cards.
The ideas are only limited to your imagination!
